FCCLA is proud to have a state champion! Danika Spaulding competed in Children's Literature in this year's STAR Events. This required her to write & illustrate a digital children's book, present it to judges, & answer questions about how it is developmentally appropriate for kindergarteners. She qualified for State in March, & was announced as 1 of the top 3 finalists against all other juniors & seniors in Oklahoma. At the state convention, she was presented with a bronze medal. Way to go Danika!

Varsity Baseball Update... Keys HS Baseball will play Sequoyah at home on Thursday in place of the originally scheduled Non-District game vs Checotah.

Due to impending weather on Friday, the soccer match against Regent Prep has been rescheduled for Monday, April 14th.

NSU is offering a free ACT Prep at the University Center (UC) in Room 306 at the NSU Tahlequah campus on April 26th Lunch is provided in the UC cafeteria at no charge for all students who register. The 5th/6th Track Meet @ Warner on April 2nd and the 5th - 8th Track Meet @ Maryetta on April 4th have been canceled due to the impending weather that's expected the remainder of this week.

Keys HS partnered with LifeLogic this year to ensure all of our graduates were ready to be productive citizens when they graduate. Topics covered: Automotive Care, Cleaning, Laundry, Personal Finance, Personal Insurance, Voting, First Aid, Health and Fitness, Establishing Medical Care, Dining Etiquette, Budgeting, Time Management, Internet Security, Resume and Interview Prep, Car Buying and More! Senior Parents: Remind your student to complete their modules and if you have questions about any of the above, go ahead and learn with them! (Examples Below)
